Team Penske driver Ryan Blaney found himself in a Stage 1 crash that caused extensive damage to the right front
tire, body, and suspension.
A lesser team might have thrown in the towel, but the No. 12 crew went to work, patching up Blaney’s Advance Auto
Parts Ford Mustang. Blaney was able to return to the track in his battle-worn car and survive a late-race wreck fest,
earning his team a spot in the Playoffs.
